With a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and certifications as a Transportation Professional and North America Sales Engineer and NLP Master, Melanie has a strong academic and professional background. Her expertise is recognized in her roles as a Founder - CEO of Excellence Daily, VP of Business Development, Strategic Sales Executive, Senior Solutions Engineer, and Texas Realtor. She also owns short-term rentals listed on Airbnb and VRBO.
From Corporate Sales to Entrepreneurship
Melanie embarked on her professional journey in the competitive world of corporate sales. However, she decided to take a break from the corporate arena to become an manufacturing entrepreneur and raise her children. This time allowed her to explore new opportunities, embrace challenges, and gain a fresh perspective on life and business. She joined corporate life again as a senior solutions engineer, inspiring others to keep current with your skills and knowledge. The excelled in many roles since then as well as founding her company, Excellence Daily.
A Passion for Horses and Renewal
Melanie hosts Top Producer Clients at her beautiful Texas Horse Ranch for an VIP experience offered to supplement the training so that they overcome obstacles incorporating the healing power of horses and nature. The VIP package includes an optional horse riding experience.

As the President of the Board for the Cowboy Entrepreneur Foundation, she serves the mission to educate, promote and support horsemanship and the Western lifestyle as a therapeutic and healing option for the Western community, particularly those who may be in need.
